PLEASE COME WITH NATURAL BARE NAILS FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT. I DO NOT WORK OVER OR SOAK OFF ACRYLIC OR ANOTHER NAIL TECHS WORK. NAIL ART MUST BE BOOKED OR YOU CAN CHOSE A SOLID COLOR. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients. If you come in with product on your nails that I didn’t not provide your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service total. You must cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged 100% No call no shows will also be charged 100% of the service total. I allow a 15 minute grace period, after the 15mins your appointment will be cancelled you will be charged 100% of the service total. Habitual tardiness will NOT be tolerated. Bitten nails, overly flat nail beds, damaged nail beds, or any other abnormal nails can change the way sets look and can affect how long sets last. NO REFUNDS No extra people unless we have discussed it prior to your appointment. Please book services accordingly, nail art MUST be approved if not we may need to change the nature of your service. Please understand that I only put out quality work so sets can take any where from 1.5-3 hours depending on the designs, shape, length, etc. etc.. Please plan accordingly. Builder gel is for short to medium length only.
